Aventura Mall New Stores Fall 2026: What's Open and Coming Soon

In late July, the Miami Herald published Aventura Mall's fall lineup. It listed fragrance houses for September, Celine for October, Bulgari for November, and a long run of fashion and wellness names in between. By the second week of October, three of the fifteen names on that list are confirmed open, one has a firm grand-opening date, and most of the rest still say "Coming Soon" in the mall's own directory.

The openings that have happened sit close together. Most are on the side of the mall served by the parking garage near Apple. For an Aventura resident who uses the mall for a Saturday errand or a weeknight dinner, the useful map this fall is organized by garage and by date.

The September and October Dates That Slipped

The Herald story put Parfums de Marly and Initio Parfums in September, alongside the mall's recent fragrance arrivals. In October, Aventura Mall's directory still lists both under "Coming Soon," and no new date has been posted. Celine, forecast for October, is also still listed as "Coming Soon," with no opening day or location inside the mall.

Bulgari is less clear. The Herald expected it in November. The mall homepage labels BVLGARI "Coming Soon," but the mall's separate BVLGARI profile already lists a Lower Level location near Macy's. Neither page says whether the November arrival is a new boutique, an expansion, or a replacement.

Several of the lifestyle and wellness names have no dates at all. As of their most recent mall pages, these are all marked "Coming Soon" with no opening date:

  • Wilson, listed for the Upper Level near Apple
  • FIGS
  • SuitSupply
  • BYLT
  • Neko Health

The dining directory has its own list of upcoming names. Bubbice, Cha Cha Matcha and Honey Veil are still categorized "Coming Soon." Revolve and Gorjana both have active directory pages placing them on the Upper Level near Apple, at 19565 and 19575 Biscayne Boulevard. Neither page gives an opening date, so a weekend visit is the only way to confirm the doors are open.

The owner is clearly still committed to the lineup. "Aventura Mall is constantly evolving in order to include experiences at the leading edge of shopping, dining and culture," Turnberry chairman and CEO Jackie Soffer told the Miami Herald. The delays are about timing. Through the end of October, the stores that are actually open make a much shorter list than the announcements.

The Apple Garage Is Where the Fall Wave Landed

Aventura Mall's store pages list a "Best Parking" garage for each tenant. Read across the new arrivals, one garage keeps coming up.

On held its grand-opening weekend October 9 through 11 on the Upper Level, near the Apple garage. Ossobuco opened in the Outdoor Courtyard on September 22, and the mall lists it near Apple too. Revolve, Gorjana and the still-pending Wilson are listed in the same part of the Upper Level.

The rest of the year's confirmed openings are on the other side of the mall.

Garage named on the mall's store page Open now Listed, date unconfirmed or pending
Near Apple On, Upper Level; Ossobuco, Outdoor Courtyard Revolve and Gorjana, Upper Level; Wilson, Coming Soon
Near Nordstrom Missoni, Upper Level, opened July 10; Clive Christian, Lower Level None among the fall names
Near Bloomingdale's Bershka, Lower Level, labeled Now Open None among the fall names
Near Macy's None among the fall names BVLGARI, Lower Level profile, homepage says Coming Soon

Some of these stores are firsts. The Herald describes Bershka's Aventura store as the brand's first in the U.S. and Revolve's as its first brick-and-mortar store in Florida. Clive Christian, which opened earlier in 2026, is also the brand's first U.S. store. It joined Amouage, which held its grand opening on July 7, in a fragrance row that already included Creed, Jo Malone London, Aesop, Bond No. 9 and Chanel Beauty. Bershka's mall page doesn't give an opening day, only the "Now Open" label on the homepage.

Ossobuco Is the Dinner Reservation in the Wave

Most of the fall arrivals are retail. Ossobuco is the exception, and it is the one most likely to change a weeknight plan. World Red Eye reported that the Aventura Mall restaurant is the brand's third Miami location, after Wynwood and Coconut Grove, and that its cooking is built around wood fire and open flames. The brand belongs to Alcur Hospitality Group, where chef Guillermo Eleicegui is a partner and co-founder. According to the same report, it has appeared in the Michelin Guide in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

World Red Eye also reported that the company plans to launch a catering service called Ossobuco On The Go in 2027.

There is also a shorter-term dining option across the mall. Jacinta de México is serving its Miami Spice three-course lunch and dinner menus through October 31. That gives you about three weeks to try it at the promotional price before the menus end.

The Dates That Are Actually on the Calendar

Some of the fall lineup is undated, but the next five weeks have firm dates, both at the mall and a short drive away at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center:

  1. October 11: On wraps up its opening weekend with complimentary coffee or matcha at the new store.
  2. October 15: AZULU holds a collection launch at the mall.
  3. October 16 and 17: ICONS: Latin Rhythms at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center.
  4. October 18: Two Piano Extravaganza at the same venue.
  5. October 22: Arts Ballet Theatre performs Dracula.
  6. October 24 and 25: La Velada.
  7. October 31: Jacinta de México's Miami Spice menus end.
  8. November 1: The Young Stars Showcase at the Aventura Center.
  9. November 5: Uniqlo's grand opening, in Spaces 1655 and 3206 at 19501 Biscayne Boulevard.
  10. November 14: DRIVEN Concours at The Abbey at Aventura, the complex next to the mall.

Uniqlo's November 5 date is the most solid retail date left in the fall wave, because it comes from the brand's own store-opening page. It is also one of Miami's first two Uniqlo stores. The Miami Herald reports that the other will be on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, which is still being rebuilt. The mall directory lists Uniqlo on the Upper Level.

ArtWalk, the mall's daily art program, has no dates because it runs every day, and you can walk it between any of the stops above. In the mall's official happenings listing reviewed for this post, no Halloween or holiday events were posted for late October or November.

The Opening Down Biscayne

The most recent confirmed restaurant opening near the mall is on Biscayne Boulevard, not inside the mall. According to Hoodline, The Taco Stand, a taqueria from California, opened at 19129 Biscayne Boulevard on October 1 after a soft opening the day before. It took over the former Bodega space and has 25 seats inside and 20 on the patio.

Like most of the mall's fall list, another nearby opening is announced but not confirmed. Happea's Mediterranean Grill was announced for the Avenida Biscayne plaza at 2745 to 2747 NE 193rd Street. The September article projected an August opening, but it does not confirm that the restaurant opened.

For the rest of October, the confirmed list looks like this: The Taco Stand on Biscayne; Ossobuco and On by the Apple garage; Missoni and Clive Christian by Nordstrom; and Bershka by Bloomingdale's. Celine, the fragrance houses and the wellness names have no dates yet.
