Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose in the third week of January. Brokers closed 106 condo sales totaling $95.3 million from Jan. 12 to Jan. 19. The previous week, brokers closed 93 condo sales totaling $61.9 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $899,049, higher than the $665,359 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $602 from $503, according to data

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.7 million to $15.2 million. Unit LPH2S at Oceana Key Biscayne, at 360 Ocean Drive in Key Biscayne, took the top spot with a $15.2 million closing.

Juliana Savoia with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing, and Florencia Capiel De Moni with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty brought the buyer. Unit 1902 at One Thousand Museum, at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, closed for the second highest amount, $5.8 million, or $1,261 per square foot after 282 days on market. David Siddons of Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Raymond De Leon with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
